Does this replace my restoration management platform?

No. XactBudget is a standalone budgeting tool, not a CRM. It layers on top of whatever job-management system you already use, with no migration.

How long does it take to generate a budget?

A couple of minutes. Drop in the Xactimate PDF, fill in the job info, and XactBudget builds the full budget and document package.

What happens after my 7-day trial?

The trial is free and needs no credit card. After 7 days it is $99 per user per month or $990 per user per year. You only pay if you choose to subscribe.

This Privacy Policy explains how XactBudget ("the App", "we", "us"), operated by Impact Consulting, LLC, collects, uses, and protects information when you use our application at https://xactbudget.com. XactBudget transforms Xactimate PDF summary reports into structured trade budget data.

Information We Collect

Account information — when you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address, and basic profile info.
Documents you upload — Xactimate summary report PDFs and budget data you create.
Usage and log data used to operate and secure the App.

Google User Data

The App requests access to Google account data via Google OAuth; specifically it may request permission to view your basic Google profile and email to sign you in, and to create and manage Google Sheets and Drive files on your behalf to export budgets into a Google Sheet that you initiate. We request only the minimum access needed. We do not use Google user data for advertising and do not sell it.

Limited Use Disclosure

XactBudget's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not transfer Google user data to third parties except as necessary to provide or improve the App, to comply with law, or as part of a merger or acquisition. We do not use Google user data for advertising. We do not allow humans to read this data unless we have your consent, it is necessary for security, to comply with law, or the data is aggregated and anonymized.

How We Use Your Information

To provide and operate the App, process uploaded documents, generate and export budget data to Google Sheets you request, secure the App, and respond to support requests.

Storage and Security

Data is stored on industry-standard hosting, protected with encryption in transit (HTTPS) and access controls, and retained only as long as needed or as required by law.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help operate the App, when required by law, or with your consent.

Your Choices and Data Deletion

You can revoke the App's access anytime at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions. To request deletion of your data email jonamccartney@gmail.com and we will delete it within a reasonable period except where retention is required by law.

Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

We may update this policy and will reflect material changes by updating the Last updated date.
